Announcements:
BARC will have a joint field trip with the Framingham ARA to the Steam and Wireless museum in East Greenwich, RI on Saturday, June 4, 2005. Contact Eric, K1NUN, for further info. The Hoss Traders’ Hamfest will be in Hopkinton NH on May 6 and 7. (Ed. It happened already. Friday was nice. Saturday was wet.)

Old Business:
By-Law Review:
No report as Blake forgot his file and papers that he had prepared. This was tabled until the June meeting. Member Survey: No further surveys received, but the person who made some negative comments appears to have been identified.

Mike reported that the membership renewal requests have brought in 9 or 10 renewals including one with a sizeable donation to the Club.

New Business:
The Nominating Committee is searching for willing candidates for officer positions.

Donation management:
Eric had asked Hank, K1QK, to come up with some ideas about how to handle significant donations of equipment to the Club. Hank made a short presentation of several possible steps that could be taken. Discussion followed with no further action taken at this time. We will contact the ARRL and some hams in the area who are attorneys for further advice.

Field Day:
There will be a Field Day planning meeting on Tuesday, May 17, at the CambridgeSide Galleria food court lower level at 6:30pm

Equipment Storage:
It was noted that this issue is now critical, as a new location is needed for equipment returning from Field Day. There was a discussion of several possible alternatives that will be followed up.

The meeting adjourned at 2030 hours.
