BARC holds a monthly General Meeting on the third Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm from September to June. Anyone may attend a meeting regardless of license status or BARC membership, and we encourage people who are curious about the club or amateur radio to join us. Of course, only current BARC members are allowed to vote on business matters.
Meetings are held both in-person at Artisans Asylum in Allston and virtually on the Zoom teleconferencing platform. Zoom clients are available for most platforms; see https://www.zoom.us/ for information and downloads.
Meeting information and a link will be published in the monthly SPARC newsletter and on the main barc.org page on the day of the meeting. Talkaround will be on the 145.230 Boston repeater.
We suggest setting your Zoom name to your name plus callsign (if any) to help everyone identify you.
The meeting will be preceded by a period of socializing starting at 7:00 pm.
